It has been a great day for the SRR!Our book angel Peta has informed us that she pre-ordered two copies of Suzanne Collins' Mockingjay (Hunger Games #3) which is due out August 24th. Yay! Thanks so much for your generosity Peta. So many girls are eagerly awaiting the third book and I can see the waitlist developing right away.
As well, Mary (one of our good friends from the USA) sent a package of books that have already established a big fan base at the school. We'll need these titles to help out with all the requests we teachers get on a daily basis! With almost 800 students using the SRR (I think) we need multiple copies of popular titles. Thanks so much Mary. The girls will really enjoy these books!
